I’ve felt that way, too. I’ve always been sensitive to stress and anxiety, especially at night—when thoughts wouldn’t stop spinning, and sleep wouldn’t come.
One day, I finally opened up to someone I trusted. Just saying how I felt made things feel a little lighter.
That’s when I started journaling. Not just what happened, but how I actually felt about it.
And little by little, I started to notice emotional patterns. Moments that repeated. Triggers I hadn’t realized.
It helped me feel… less lost.
That’s when the idea came to me:
“I wish there were a quiet space I could go to every day—to gently face myself.”
